How do I create my account or my community?

Open the app, create your account (email, Google, or Apple), and choose “Create my community.” The structure is ready in under an hour: name, category, landing page, plans, and roles. You upload content at your own pace.

Is WEMANY available in Spanish and English?

Yes. The entire platform is bilingual. You can switch languages from the selector in the top bar (ES / EN) at any time.

What devices does it work on?

Web, iOS, and Android. Your community, chats, courses, events, and live streams are available on all three.

How do I cancel a subscription to a community?

From your profile → My communities → the active plan → Cancel. You keep your role and all access until the end of the cycle you already paid for; after that, they're removed automatically. You can reactivate with one click during that period.

How do I charge in my community?

You can create up to three plans (free, recurring, and one-time payment), each granting a role. You can also sell courses separately, charge for events, and create payment links for anything outside the membership.

What fee does WEMANY charge?

10% per transaction on Free and 8% on We+. The fee shows on every transaction in your wallet. If you bill more than $3,450 a month, We+ pays for itself.

How do I withdraw my money?

From Wallet, you set up your payment account and request withdrawals. Payouts are processed with Stripe Connect. ePayco (PSE and LATAM payment methods) is in progress.

What are payment links?

A standalone charge with its own checkout: description, price, optional expiration, and payment limit. Useful for mentorships, services, products, or one-off charges.

What are webhooks?

Outbound events (purchase approved, cart abandoned, payment declined) you can connect to your CRM, email marketing, or automations.

What's included in Free and what's included in We+?

Free: feed, chats, content, events, tickets, wallet, manual and plan-based roles, up to 300 members, and a 10% fee. We+ ($69/month): all of that plus automatic rules, WeMatch, missions, badges, ranking, live streams with the Podium, unlimited members, and an 8% fee.

What happens when I reach 300 members on Free?

Your current members aren't affected. Starting from the 301st, new members are placed in a pending queue until you activate We+. You'll see the queue in the dashboard.

Can I rename my community's sections?

Yes. From Menu, you can rename each section (Home → Feed, Content → The Archive, Events → Rooms…) and reorder them by dragging.

How do roles work?

Each role has granular permissions: view or post in the feed, join or write in channels, view content, access events and missions, and manage sections of the dashboard. A member can have multiple roles; if any of them grants a permission, that permission applies.

In how many ways can a role be assigned?

Three: manually (the owner assigns it), by plan (purchasing a plan grants its role), and automatically through rules based on verified data (We+ only).

I created a paid plan and people can't access anything. What happened?

Every plan must have an associated role: the role is what unlocks chats, content, events, and missions. Check in Plans that the plan grants the correct role.

What are badges?

Digital badges shown on the public profile. They're granted manually, upon completing missions, or after finishing structured events. They're visible status, with no permissions attached.

How do I organize my courses?

Content → modules → video lessons. Each piece of content has its own access matrix (free, role only, payment only, role or payment, role and payment) and states: draft, coming soon, or published. You can enable a real-time study chat.

What is a structured event?

An N-day event where you configure each day separately (video, live, PDF, lesson, assignment). Days unlock as their date arrives, each with its own feed and chat, and a reward on completion: a badge, a role, or none.

Can I stream live?

With We+, yes: native live streams with a theater model (the stands and stage), raise your hand, and the Podium for voted questions. The recording is saved, and you can publish it as a lesson.

Can I export my videos if I leave?

Your member list and form responses are yours and can be exported at any time. Videos hosted on WEMANY can't be exported, so we recommend always keeping your original files.

What is WeMatch?

The validation engine: it connects external accounts, extracts verified attributes, and turns them into automatic roles, mission progress, and badges. Today there are two active connectors: WeMany (platform activity) and Instagram.

How does a mission work?

It's built on an integration and an attribute (for example, Instagram → likes → “get 10 likes on a post”). The participant connects their account, and progress runs in real time, with a visible ranking. Rewards: roles or badges.

Are missions bets or raffles?

No. There's no paid entry that forms a pool, and no cash prizes: the rewards are roles and badges.

What moderation tools do I have?

By channel: ban, isolate, and mute for a set time. By member: block, temporarily isolate, kick, or ban, plus open their view as a moderator or as a user. You can grant any combination of dashboard sections to co-admins through roles.

How do tickets work?

The member opens a ticket from the community; you or your moderators receive it in the inbox, can reassign it, use templates, and when it's closed, the member rates the support they received.

Who can leave reviews for my community?

Only members with a paid plan. That way every review is a verified buyer review.

How do I report content that violates the guidelines?

Use the post's menu or open a ticket. If it's urgent or involves the platform, write to support. Check our community guidelines.

How do I activate my ambassador link?

In the app's side menu, under the Ambassador section. Copy your personal link and share it with community owners. You earn 1% of the transactions their communities generate, with no cap and no expiration date.
