1. Introduction
These Guidelines define the standards of behavior and content that make WEMANY a safe, welcoming and productive space. They apply to all interactions on the platform: posts, comments, messages, community content and any other communication.
Our mission: to foster authentic, valuable and respectful digital communities where everyone can learn, grow and connect.
2. Core principles
Respect and inclusion: treat every member with dignity; value diversity; use inclusive language; give the benefit of the doubt.
Belonging: welcome newcomers; share knowledge; celebrate the community's achievements.
Authenticity and trust: present yourself honestly; share real experiences; acknowledge what you do not know; be transparent about promotional content; keep your commitments and correct mistakes promptly.
Quality and value: contribute content that adds value; ask thoughtful questions; stay on the community's topic and use the appropriate channels.
3. Communication standards
Constructive dialogue: listen actively, give specific and useful feedback, collaborate on solving problems.
Professional courtesy: communicate clearly, disagree with ideas and not with people, be patient with those who are starting out, recognize others' expertise.
Conflict resolution: address problems directly, take heated discussions to private channels when appropriate, involve moderators when necessary and focus on solutions.
4. Content standards
Valuable content: share original contributions, information verified with reliable sources, practical applications and up-to-date resources.
Appropriate media: use good-quality, relevant images and audio, give proper attribution and include descriptions and captions where possible.
Organization: use clear titles, structure your content and use relevant tags.
5. Expected behavior
Positive participation: take part consistently, offer help and encouragement, share knowledge and join community events.
Leadership and mentoring: guide newcomers, model the behavior you expect, help de-escalate tensions and build a welcoming culture.
Collaboration: work well with others, share resources and connect people with similar interests.
