Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using the platform of Wemany Inc. ("WEMANY"). It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all users and creators. Violating it may lead to a warning, content removal, suspension or termination of the account.

2. General principles

Respect and safety: treat others with respect; do not harass, intimidate or discriminate; create a welcoming environment.

Authenticity and honesty: provide truthful information; do not impersonate others or create fake accounts; disclose sponsorships or conflicts of interest; do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws; respect intellectual property; do not use the Service for illegal activities.

3. Prohibited content

Harmful or dangerous content

  • Threats or incitement to violence or real-world harm.
  • Graphic violence or instructions to make weapons or dangerous items.

Harassment and abuse

  • Targeted harassment, hounding or intimidation.
  • Doxxing (spreading private personal information without consent).
  • Coordinated harassment campaigns or revenge content.

Hate and discrimination

  • Content that promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, or supremacist ideologies.

Sexual and adult content

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material; non-consensual intimate images; sexual services.
  • Any content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the competent authorities.

Illegal or regulated content

  • Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, unauthorized medicines, or paraphernalia.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives and dangerous materials; tobacco/nicotine or alcohol to minors.

Financial crimes

  • Money laundering, unauthorized financial services, pyramid schemes, fraud or Ponzi schemes.

Fraud and scams

  • False or misleading advertising, "get rich quick" schemes, fake reviews or testimonials, counterfeit goods.
  • Fake identity documents or impersonation of officials.

Intellectual property

  • Unauthorized distribution of protected material; pirated software, films, music or books; unauthorized use of trademarks.
  • Academic dishonesty services.

4. Prohibited activities

Platform abuse

  • Attempting to breach our systems; using automated tools to extract data; creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions; bypassing security controls.

Spam and manipulation

  • Unsolicited messages or content; artificially inflating metrics; manipulating votes or reviews; excessive repetitive posting.

Economic abuse

  • Bad-faith chargebacks; use of stolen payment methods; money laundering through the platform.
  • Misleading advertising, failure to deliver what was promised, or hidden charges.

Privacy violations

  • Spreading private information without consent; using member data for unauthorized purposes; violating privacy settings; collecting personal data without disclosure.

Misuse of connectors and WeMatch

  • Connecting accounts that do not belong to you or without authorization; falsifying or manipulating data or validation results; attempting to connect external accounts while a minor.

Live streams (Lives)

  • Streaming content prohibited by this AUP (violent, sexual, illegal, discriminatory, etc.).
  • Recording, capturing or rebroadcasting other users' streams without their consent.
  • Interrupting, sabotaging or interfering with others' streams.
  • Using lives to promote scams, fraudulent schemes or to deceive the audience.
  • Impersonating another person during a stream.

5. Creator responsibilities

Moderation: moderate your community's content, remove what violates this AUP, handle reports promptly and set clear rules.

Prohibited: allowing or encouraging violations; discriminating on protected characteristics; retaliating against those who report; creating communities for prohibited purposes.

Member data: use it only for legitimate and disclosed purposes; respect privacy; do not sell or share data without consent; do not access private conversations without authorization.

6. Enforcement

  • Warnings for minor infractions with an opportunity to correct.
  • Content removal for content that violates this AUP.
  • Temporary suspension for serious or repeated infractions.
  • Permanent termination for severe infractions or patterns of abuse.
  • Restriction of specific features.

7. Reporting

Report using the platform tools or by writing to abuse@wemany.com, with evidence where possible. We review all reports and take the appropriate action; we may contact you for more information. Repeated false or malicious reports may lead to restrictions.

8. Special considerations

Minors (under 18): additional protections apply; content aimed at minors must be age-appropriate; minors may not connect external accounts or use WeMatch. We may require additional verification.

Sensitive topics: discussion of sensitive topics must be respectful and constructive, without promoting hatred or discrimination.

Educational or artistic content: content with mature themes may be allowed with warnings, age restrictions and a clear educational or artistic purpose.

9. Updates

We may update this AUP. We will communicate significant changes through the platform, email and by updating the effective date. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Assumption of risk and disclaimer

Use at your own responsibility: use of the platform, participation in communities, interaction with other users, creators or ambassadors, and any transaction you make, is at your own risk and responsibility.

WEMANY is not responsible for:

  • Scams, fraud, pyramid schemes or deception perpetrated by users, creators or third parties.
  • Financial losses arising from decisions made on the basis of content, advice, courses or information on the platform.
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
  • Content posted by users or creators, including its truthfulness, legality or quality.
  • Failure to deliver promises, products or services offered by creators.
  • Disputes between users, between members and creators, or with third parties.
  • Business results, investments or financial decisions based on platform content.

User diligence: before making any purchase or investment, or following advice of any kind, you are responsible for doing your own research and exercising your own judgment. WEMANY does not verify, audit or guarantee the truthfulness, quality or legality of the content, products or services offered by creators.

Reporting fraud: if you detect fraudulent activity, scams or misleading content, report it immediately to abuse@wemany.com. We will take the appropriate measures, but this does not imply liability of WEMANY for the damages caused.
