We+ costs $69 a month and lowers the per-transaction fee from 10% to 8%. Two points. The question is how much billing makes those two points worth $69.
$69 ÷ 0,02 = $3.450
If your community bills more than $3,450 a month, We+ pays for itself. Above that, it gives money back: at $10,000 a month you save $131 every month, on top of unlocking automatic rules, WeMatch, missions, badges, rankings and live streams.
Three scenarios
- $2,000 a month. You pay $200 in fees on Free and $229 on We+ ($160 + $69). We+ costs you $29 net: you pay it for the features, not for the fee.
- $3,450 a month. Break-even: $345 on Free, $345 on We+. The features come free.
- $10,000 a month. $1,000 on Free versus $869 on We+. You save $131 every month.
And the 300-member cap
On Free, from member 301 onward new joins wait in a queue until you activate We+. Your current members are untouched. The cost of not upgrading is not a locked button: it is growth waiting on a list.
When to turn it on
If you already bill above break-even, today. If you are below it but need automatic rules, WeMatch or live streams, the math is different: what is it worth to stop assigning roles by hand and stop depending on Zoom? Run your numbers in the We+ calculator.
